What to Expect
Our training program at Carolina Trucking Academy will prepare you for a career in the transportation industry. Students have the option of attending four weeks of weekday training or 16 weekends.
Custom training schedules are available upon request.
Weekday Schedule (16 days)
Monday-Thursday for 4 weeks (7 a.m.–6 p.m.)
Weekend Schedule (16 days)
Saturday for 16 weeks (7am-6pm)
Our 160-hour training program and instructors are certified by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles.
Classroom Instruction: 50 Hours
Range Training: 50 Hours
Behind the Wheel: 17 Hours
Night Driving: 3 Hours
Road Observation: 40 Hours
